Do you think that the unqualified persons in charge of the LSC have the
interests of the inmates/clients at heart, rather than trying to show to
this Govrnment, the MoJ and the Treasury the reduction in the number
of suppliers and a reduction in the Legal Aid bill at heart to justify their
existence or the continued existence of the LSC etc?
Need I say more?
If they narrow the supply of eligible talent, surely that will result in an upward pressure upon prices?
I would be more worried if they announced that standards were being reduced, to flood the market with semi-trained, cheaper substitutes.
